Because Photography has become virulently derivative of late, the struggle for originality is at a crisis level. Everything has been done before, so it seems. This feeds a vast market of huskter-preneurs playing on our fears and their bank accounts. Big-Mic Dude just learned how to convert a photo to b&w in Lightroom and now hawks his Yoo-Toob to monetize his new adventure. They rarely offer more than keen insight into the obvious and “me me me, all about me”. Inspiration is left to die on the vine.

Drawing from some rich photo history (ie: the 20th century) My offering today is an ode to a few. Inspired by Imogen Cunningham, Ed Weston, and Elliot Porter. And…of course Agfa Portriga Rapid PRN111 photo paper. All long gone.
